I help employers optimize the functioning of their business. I advise and litigate on labor law, pension law, and employee participation law.

This ranges from drafting a bonus scheme to advice or legal proceedings on a non-compete clause, pension scheme, reorganization, or individual dismissal. I also assist directors and senior staff, for example, in a labor dispute, unwanted behavior, or dismissal. I advise works councils, for example, on an advisory request or when changing the pension scheme.
