HR & Pension Law Firm (hereinafter: "HR&P") is the collective name for the collaboration between two independent law firms:
HR & Pension Law Firm B.V., registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 56885466 (the practice firm of Mr. R.P.J. Ter Haseborg); and
Van Dis Law Firm B.V., registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 99037068;
(together, the "HR&P Partners" or individually, the "HR&P Partner").
Each HR&P Partner operates their own practice at their own risk, with decision-making authority and final responsibility. The HR&P Partners are not liable for each other’s actions.
"HR & Pension Law Firm" or "HR&P" itself is not a legal entity, partnership, or collaboration within the meaning of the Dutch Attorneys’ Regulation, is not registered with the Chamber of Commerce, and does not enter into contracts or legal relationships independently.
In performing work for a client, a contract for services is always established between the Client and the individual HR&P Partner, being:
HR & Pension Law Firm B.V., or
Van Dis Law Firm B.V.
A contract for services will never be established between the client and the collaboration "HR & Pension Law Firm" or "HR&P."

All assignments to HR & Pensioen Advocatuur are subject to our general terms and conditions. A copy of our general terms and conditions can be downloaded here as a PDF. The general terms and conditions will be provided free of charge by post or email upon request. The legal relationship between HR & Pensioen Advocatuur B.V. and the client is governed by Dutch law. Unless otherwise stipulated in the general terms and conditions, all disputes or provisional measures will be exclusively settled or handled by the competent court in Amsterdam, without prejudice to the right of HR & Pensioen Advocatuur to submit a dispute to another competent court.

Under Dutch law, lawyers are required in certain situations to establish the identity of their clients before they can accept an assignment. They must also report unusual transactions to the central authority. HR & Pensioen Advocatuur B.V. does not receive third-party funds within the meaning of the Regulation on the Legal Profession. We are therefore exempt from the obligation to have a third-party funds foundation available. If we are confronted with third-party funds, we will ensure that the funds are transferred directly to the entitled party in accordance with Article 6.19, first paragraph of the Regulation on the Legal Profession.
